1. Overview

AutoWorkflows respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can submit a DMCA-style takedown notice for content hosted or delivered through our Service, and how users may file a counter-notice.

2. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for prompts, uploads, and published outputs. Do not generate or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights (including unauthorized use of third-party IP, brand characters, or real people’s likenesses where prohibited). Violation may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, and account suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.

3. Safe Harbor / notice procedure

If you believe material available through AutoWorkflows infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including: 1. Your physical or electronic signature 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed 3. Identification of the material to be removed (URL, project/export ID, account email if known) and information reasonably sufficient to locate it 4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email) 5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law 6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner Designated agent email: [email protected] Also CC: [email protected] (subject: DMCA Notice)

4. Our response

Upon receiving a substantially compliant notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated. We are not required to remove material that does not meet statutory notice requirements.

5. Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court. We may restore material after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant seeks a court order.

6. Other abuse

For illegal content, CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or safety issues that are not copyright claims, use [email protected] or our in-app Report Abuse form — do not use the DMCA inbox for general support.
