Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AutoWorkflows. See also our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and DMCA Policy.
1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to AutoWorkflows ("AutoWorkflows," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI service operated by Yao Huibing, an individual operator under the laws of the People's Republic of China (the "Operator"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered video creation platform, including AI script generation, voiceover, scene generation, rendering, captions, and template workflows, available at https://autowordflows.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent. Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Service Description
2.1 What we provide. AutoWorkflows is an AI-powered platform that turns ideas and scripts into publish-ready short-form videos, including AI voiceover, scene visuals, video rendering, captions, and reusable templates. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet. 2.2 Nature of the Service. The Service is a digital, intangible product. Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the limitations described in Section 7. 2.3 Third-party AI models. The Service generates content using third-party AI models, including: • Script writing: Anthropic Claude Sonnet, OpenAI GPT-5 • Image generation: OpenAI gpt-image-2 • Video generation: ByteDance Seedance 1.5 Pro, Kuaishou Kling v3 Omni, MiniMax H3 • Voice synthesis: ElevenLabs v3 We route each generation job to the model best suited for the selected template and quality tier. Performance and availability of the Service may be affected by these providers' operational status. We will notify users of major disruptions where reasonably possible. AutoWorkflows is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these model providers.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account creation. Using the Service requires an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. 3.2 Account security. If you discover unauthorized use, contact [email protected] immediately. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Please keep your billing email address current. 3.3 Business accounts. If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of that entity.
4. Plans & Credits
We offer both subscription plans and prepaid credit packs. Subscription plans (monthly, auto-renewing): Creator ($19/month, 1,100 credits per billing cycle), Pro ($59/month, 4,000 credits per billing cycle), and Studio ($199/month, 15,000 credits per billing cycle). Plan credits are granted for use during each billing cycle as described in Section 7.3. Credit packs (one-time purchase): Creator Pack ($29.90, 1,900 credits), Matrix ($99.90, 6,800 credits), and Enterprise ($299.90, 22,000 credits). Credits purchased via packs never expire. Current plan details, pack sizes, and pricing are published at https://autowordflows.com/pricing. We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans; price changes follow Section 15.
5. Billing & Payment
5.1 Subscription auto-renewal authorization. By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize the Operator, through our payment processor Waffo Pancake, to charge your payment method the applicable subscription fee for each billing period until you cancel under Section 6. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. 5.2 Credit pack purchases. Each credit pack purchase is a one-time transaction. Completing checkout authorizes the charge shown at checkout for that purchase only. 5.3 Taxes. Unless otherwise stated, listed prices exclude applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, and sales tax). Where required by applicable law, taxes are collected and remitted on your behalf. 5.4 Payment processing. All payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant merchant of record. Cardholder data is handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake and is never stored on our servers.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 How to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time using either method: • Online (recommended): Account Settings → Plan & Credits → Manage Subscription → Cancel • Email: send a cancellation request to [email protected] from your registered email address Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will send a confirmation email promptly after a cancellation request. 6.2 Effect of cancellation: • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing period. • Your account data is retained for 90 days after account closure, then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. • Credits purchased separately via credit packs are not affected by cancellation (Section 7.4).
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Subscription refunds. Due to the instant-delivery nature of our digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as follows: • New subscriber 7-day guarantee: first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first charge, provided they have used no more than 20% of the plan's monthly credits. • Duplicate charges: charges caused by billing errors are refunded in full. • Verified service outages (over 72 hours): extended outages attributable to us qualify for a pro-rata refund or extension. • Statutory rights: where applicable law grants withdrawal or refund rights (for example, the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period), those rights are preserved. 7.2 Credit pack refunds. Credits already consumed by AI generation are non-refundable. Unused credit packs may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from that pack have been consumed. Our full Refund Policy is published at https://autowordflows.com/refund. 7.3 Plan credit rollover. Credits included in subscription plans expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle. 7.4 Purchased credits after cancellation. Credits purchased separately via credit packs are not affected by your subscription status. They never expire and remain available in your account. 7.5 Credit consumption order. When both plan credits and purchased credits are available, plan (subscription) credits are consumed first, followed by purchased credits. Refund requests: email [email protected] with your account email and transaction ID. We confirm within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
9. AI Content & Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership of outputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AI content generated from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted by Section 10. 9.2 License to your inputs. By submitting content to the Service ("Input Content"), you grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your Input Content to train AI models. 9.3 Third-party AI models. The Service generates content using third-party AI models, including Anthropic Claude Sonnet, OpenAI GPT-5 and gpt-image-2, ByteDance Seedance 1.5 Pro, Kuaishou Kling v3 Omni, MiniMax H3, and ElevenLabs v3 (see Section 2.3 for the full list). Output Content may reflect the characteristics and limitations of these models. We do not guarantee any particular output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models beyond our reasonable control. AutoWorkflows is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these model providers. 9.4 AI output accuracy. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on or publishing them.
10. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to: • Create or distribute illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content • Create or distribute deepfakes, including AI-synthesized audio, video, or images impersonating real people, or synthetic media intended to mislead viewers about its origin or authenticity • Create sexual content involving minors (CSAM) or content that sexualizes minors in any way • Create non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person • Create content inciting violent crime or terrorism • Infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, including unauthorized brand characters, films, or music • Create graphic gore or extreme violence intended to shock or harm • Create political deepfakes or deceptive synthetic media about real events or elections • Distribute malware, phishing content, or attack tools • Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or resell access to the Service without written permission In addition, given the AI nature of the Service, you agree not to: • Use Service inputs, outputs, or model responses to train, fine-tune, or benchmark competing AI or machine-learning models • Systematically extract or collect model outputs beyond your authorized use • Present AI-generated content as the work of licensed professionals (such as physicians, lawyers, or financial advisors) in contexts where that could cause harm We may remove content, withhold credits, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, our full Acceptable Use Policy, or our upstream providers' policies. 11. Data, Privacy & Security
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and is never stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after account closure, then deleted.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
12.1 Disclaimers. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. 12.2 AI-generated content disclaimer. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Verify AI content with qualified professionals before acting on it. 12.3 Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND AUTOWORKFLOWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused, prepaid portion of your subscription on a pro-rata basis. You may stop using the Service, cancel your subscription, or request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact [email protected] so we can attempt an informal resolution.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and cancel your subscription. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service.
