These Terms govern your use of AutoWorkflows. See also our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and DMCA Policy.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutoWorkflows websites, applications, and related services (the "Service") operated by AutoWorkflows ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or abuse infrastructure.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated) via our third-party payment processors. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused subscription time are limited as described in our Refund Policy. Credits consumed by AI generation (video, image, voice, or related jobs) are non-refundable due to compute costs.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute: • Illegal content, scams, harassment, or malware • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexual content involving minors • Non-consensual intimate imagery or non-consensual deepfakes of real people • Content that incites violent crime or terrorism • Infringing copies of third-party IP (e.g. unauthorized brand characters, films, music) you do not have rights to use • Graphic gore or extreme violence intended to shock or harm • Political deepfakes or deceptive synthetic media designed to mislead the public about real events or elections • Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or resell the Service without permission We may remove content, withhold credits, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate this AUP or our upstream model providers’ policies. 6. Intellectual Property
AutoWorkflows and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, templates, and documentation. Subject to your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, and render User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. Generated outputs are licensed to you for your lawful use, subject to third-party model/stock license constraints where applicable.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and complying with platform policies (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and applicable law before publishing. AutoWorkflows does not guarantee viral performance, monetization, or copyright clearance of third-party materials you introduce.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate stock media, voice, hosting, analytics, and payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes beyond our reasonable control.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOWORKFLOWS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoWorkflows and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment, or Service discontinuation. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AutoWorkflows principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, subject to applicable consumer rights.
