Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Strictly prohibited: AutoWorkflows must never be used to generate sexual or explicit content, deepfakes of real people, or illegal material. Every user-supplied prompt is screened before generation, and violating prompts are blocked.

1. About this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “AUP”) sets out the rules for using AutoWorkflows, including our AI video generation platform, templates, credits, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). It forms part of our Terms of Service — if these rules conflict with any wording elsewhere, this AUP governs your use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Strictly prohibited content

You may NOT use the Services to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following. Every user-supplied prompt is screened before generation, and prompts that attempt to produce this content are blocked:

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind, including any attempt to generate NSFW imagery, video, audio, or text. There are no exceptions.
  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexualization of minors, including fictional, AI-generated, or cartoon depictions. We report detected instances to law enforcement and the relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes, face swaps, or edits placing any real person in sexual or intimate scenarios without their consent.
  • Graphic violence, gore, or torture intended to shock or glorify harm.
  • Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, including scams, phishing material, or fake news designed to cause real-world harm.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Services to:

  • Impersonate any real person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation, including through AI-generated likenesses or cloned voices without consent or legal right.
  • Harass, bully, defame, or discriminate against any individual or group, including content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age.
  • Promote self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
  • Infringe intellectual property — generate content that misappropriates trademarks, copyrighted works, or the distinctive likeness of protected characters or brand assets (see our DMCA policy).
  • Circumvent safety measures — including attempting to bypass prompt screening, sharing accounts to pool credits, or automating the Services outside documented interfaces.
  • Misuse the platform — reselling generation capacity, scraping or reverse-engineering the Services, or interfering with other users and infrastructure.

4. Political and public-figure content

Political commentary, satire, and public-interest content are generally allowed, but content presenting AI-generated speech or footage of real public figures in fabricated scenarios must be clearly labeled as synthetic. You are responsible for compliance with applicable disclosure laws (for example, platform synthetic-media rules and election laws).

5. Your responsibility as a creator

  • You must hold all necessary rights for text, images, audio, or video you upload or reference, including uploaded character portraits and reference images.
  • You own the output you generate, subject to your compliance with this AUP and our Terms of Service — but ownership never extends to prohibited content.
  • You are responsible for how you publish generated content, including platform rules (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) that require labeling AI-generated media.

6. Enforcement

We screen prompts before generation and review reported content. Violations may result in content removal, prompt rejection, credit forfeiture, and immediate account suspension without refund where required to protect users or comply with law. Serious violations (for example, CSAM or non-consensual imagery) result in permanent bans and reports to authorities. If you believe a block was a mistake, contact [email protected].

7. Reporting violations

Report abusive or illegal content through the “Report Abuse” option in the app, or email [email protected]. We review reports promptly and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP as our Services and legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be announced on the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
